Is the weekend worth the price?
We could tell you it is worth the price, that it is an investment in your future but, we would rather let the men who have come before answer that question. When asked if they would recommend this to other men, here is what they had to say:
“Yes because of what it has done for me. It’s honest, straight talk from men and direction given by men in practical terms.”
“Boot Camp was a place of camaraderie and openness. We all need the support, accountability and reminders that come from Boot Camp.”
“I think boot camp was a very good experience and well worth any man considering going. For me it was a time of reflection and some growth brought about by new ideas, which opened up new thinking on my part. It made me look at myself as a man and to see where I had failed to measure up in the past. It showed me the ongoing state of men, in general ,and why we are still doing the same things, after all of this time, which got Adam into trouble in the first place. It also was a time in which I realized how to escape those things and gain the place where I should be now standing and am now standing in! It was a time of good fellowship and openness in which men revealed their own misgivings, failures and times when they have fallen from grace. I believe every man there gained a lot and walked away with new insights and strength to stand up and truly embrace what it is to be a man. I recommend men’s boot camp and what we all went through very highly.”
“Yes, we need to stick together and grow other men. The world needs more than just a few good men.”
“Boot Camp was a place of camaraderie and openness. We all need the support, accountability and reminders that come from Boot Camp.”
“Boot Camp gives you the opportunity to be yourself in front of other men and to confront issues that may have been burning inside you and you don’t know how to deal with it or what to say. It provides a chance for your heart to be transformed into the way God has intended it to be so that He can do His work through you. God can never use us if we, as men, refuse His calling. Boot Camp also gives us the basic instructions of what it is to be a man, what our responsibility is as a man, a father, and a husband. Many of us men have gotten off the “man-track”, not knowing how to be a man. Boot Camp, with biblical instructions, puts men back on track the way God intended it to be.”
“The Boot Camp was great! The speakers were great, the material was inspirational and the music was great too!”
“Absolutely, it is the event that has had the greatest impact on my life EVER!”
“Yes. Boot Camp has a very powerful and freeing message. I learned so much and it changed my thinking and some of my ways of doing things. I came home from Boot Camp a changed man for the better. I really liked all of the time set aside to “God be with God”, time where I could walk out into God’s wilderness and just be silent and in awe; plus there was time to pray and reflect. It was a very spiritual time and I felt closer to God during it than any other time in my life. I would absolutely recommend going and I would even go again myself.”
“Yes, it is a great way to start to get back to the heart.”
“Boot Camp is important because it is a message we don’t hear daily.”
“It was helpful to hear other men have the same struggles, but are victorious through Christ.”
“Yes, because it helps restore balance and gives opportunity to connect with God and other men.”
